Wedding Day Director* – For the Bride who wants to plan everything herself but needs assistance the day of wedding. We are there to make sure every detail goes according to plan including: overseeing event itinerary, starting the ceremony on time aand keeping the day’s events flowing.

• One face to face meeting to discuss the wedding concept and details
• Unlimited telphone and email contact
• One meeting to walk through venue and finalize details.
• Contact vendors to finalize details
• Coordinate vendor load in, set-up and load-out
• Rehearsal Coordination (up to 2 hours)
• Ceremony and reception coordination (up to 10 hours)
• Gather and box all personal items and gifts at the end of the ceremony

Wedding Coordinator* - For the Bride who doesn't want to deal with the details but still wants to handle certain aspects of the event.

• Assistance with vendor selection
• Assistance with theme and/or decoration design development and implementation

Wedding Producer* - For the Bride who wants assistance and guidance with every detail. This package includes event design.

• Complete budgeting services with reports
• Schedule vendor appointments and accompany Bride to appointments
• Client Advocate for dealing with vendors and contract negotiations
• Assistance with invitation selection, printing, assembly and mailing
• Assemble wedding favors
• Guest list management
• Registry assistance
• Bridal Shower planning
• Coordination of Out of Town guests. Coordinate weekend activities.
• Honeymoon travel planning.

Hourly Consultation** – ($100 p/hr) This is for the Bride that only needs a litte guidance. These fees are controlled by the client. You choose how many hours of assistance you need and what you need assistance with. This includes in person consultation, telephone and email contact.
